Free Shipping -
For a limited time, shipment and handling is free at checkout for Continental US and Canadian orders of over USD 1000 (not including taxes). Valid for standard land and/or sea deliveries.

Shipping charges (regular mail) to Canada and US (USD) per delivery address -
$24.99 or below: $5.98
$25 to $99.99: $12.98
$100 to $299.99: $18.98
$300 to $499.99: $24.98
$500 to $699.99: $30.98
$700 to $999.99: $36.98
$1000 or over: FREE SHIPPING (see above)

Returns -
We provide money back refund of all unused items for 30 days from date of purchase. You only need to pay for the returns shipping. Whether you are a Brick and Mortar, Internet or Home Based Business you will benefit with our Dropship program greatly. You don't need to do all the work because we'll do it for you. We will be your warehouse for not only shipping but for all returns/exchanges.  That's right - When a buyer wants to return an item for a refund/exchange they will return it back to our warehouse and we will manage the complete process. When we ship our products to your buyer we will include your return authorisation form if you want. We could also include promotions in the package.

Drop Ship Service -
Go to Customer Service > Download Files for a copy of Intimaxy's Drop Ship Agreement with our resellers. We look forward to be in partnership with you.

Drop Ship Fee -
Currently we don't charge a drop ship fee. Nor is there any other hidden charges.
